HydraJelly is an energy gel with a jelly texture and packed with carbohydrates (22.6 g). Managing to satisfy your energy needs while engaging in sports is one of the biggest obstacles faced by athletes, which is why we at 226ERS® are focused on making it easier to achieve the right nutritional intake. This is why we, along with the most demanding athletes, have developed HydraJelly, carefully formulated to achieve familiar flavors that are pleasant and easy to take, in combination with its innovative jelly texture and 40 g size that is easy to carry and consume.

The consumption of carbohydrates is closely related to the intensity and duration of exercise; however, the ability to maintain or increase performance when practicing sports, while reducing muscle damage and building stable blood glucose levels or avoiding the depletion of glycogen stores, are some of the benefits appreciated from an adequate intake when practicing sport.

Hydrajelly has a widely studied glucose/fructose ratio of 4:3 or, in other words 1:0.75, presenting a higher oxidation rate compared to solutions with only monosaccharides, resulting in faster gastric emptying, fewer instances of intestinal upset and therefore greater availability of substrate.

Furthermore, carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) following high-intensity or long-duration physical exercise responsible for muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stored in the skeletal muscles. *

Hydrajelly is available in 40 g sizes and 5 flavors, all of which contain various amounts of sodium to maintain electrolyte balance, a possible cause of muscular cramps and hyponatremia:

• Banana, 100 mg of sodium.
• Strawberry, 100 mg de sodium
• Cola, 100 mg of sodium and 100 mg of caffeine.
• Caramel Salty with 250 mg of sodium.
• Cherry Salty with 250 mg of sodium.

*The beneficial effect is gained after consuming carbohydrates from all the sources, with a total intake of 4 g/kg of body weight, in doses taken within four to six hours following physical exercise, a declaration intended for adults who have performed high-intensity or long-duration physical exercise.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 to 4 units per hour with water, depending on the needs of each user.
